  • Kaite Ebertz is a devoted steward of the climate and is currently working in the compliance regulatory sector for Facility Emission Control. Katie's journey with caring for the environment began after inspiration struck one day in a high school psychology lecture. The course focused on animal psychology and touched on the ongoing research of prairie dogs' "language" after scientists witnessed months of complex social structures. Katie would go on to Arizona State University where she would join the School of Life Sciences and The Conservation Biology Club where she learned from Game and Fish Employees to assist them in a survey on Prairie Dogs! This personal connection to a collaboration of science and preservation of the animals helped push her along the journey in looking for ways to contribute to the fight against climate change. Today Katie is dedicated to working within the regulatory world in order to understand the relationship between modern policy decisions, rulemaking, and project managing compliance timelines better.
